GE 40" J487 model year identification help needed

Looking for some help identifying this 40" GE J487 that we had when I was younger - would love to know the model year so I can have a general idea what to search for. Many of them either have more knobs, have the timer knobs over to the right, or a bunch of buttons on them. Loved this thing!

Thanks a ton, and I appreciate the help with the only four pictures that I have - hopefully this gives you enough clues. There were two outlets on the right hand side (they are slightly visible in the flower picture). We ended up getting rid of it when the small oven element wouldn't work any longer, and we couldn't find a replacement, and I believe one of the top elements went out - this was in the early 90s, and none of the stores around could find parts, and GE wasn't any help either at the time, so we got a new one. Kicking ourselves now.

Nice GE 40 inch electric range

This looks to be a late 60s model probably somewhere around 68 or nine.

Those bake elements for the small oven have been NLA for a long time But there’s still still out there both new used, I recently found a bunch of them at an old parts store and bought them.

This was a very good range. Top surface burners are still easy to find as are the infinite switches for the burners.

I'm surprised that new oven elements were/are so difficult to come by for this range.  The independent appliance parts retailer near me had no problem recognizing the failed bake element from my mom's 1949 Westinghouse range and sending it out to be matched up by a manufacturer who produced a new one with a turn-around time of only a day or two, and the price was reasonable.  This was in the early 2000s.
