Why?! Why is it in New Jersey? I'm in Seattle!
On a side note, why can't some retro fridge company make something that looks like this with sharp, angular corners and lots of chrome? The curved retro fridges that look like 1953 would look just plain stupid in my 1961 ranch. And there are a lot of 1950's fridges available but the early 1960's ones are very rare.

Bruce, it's a nice concept, but the retro looking and outlandishly expensive Big Chill fridges are notorious for failure. Even if they made a "sheer look" model, the quality wouldn't be any better. It's a sad commentary that an 60 year old fridge is more reliable.
And I feel your pain. These GE bottom mounts -- or any GE from the mid '50s to mid '60s -- have disappeared from the on line classifieds here in the SF Bay Area.
