Does anyone know anything about the GE Elec-Trak E1 electric rotary walk behind mower?

Despite what the link says above, GE Canada (then CGE) made its last electric lawn mowers in 1984 (no electric mower ever looked like that as a 1999 model!), as Black & Decker bought out GE's small appliance division along with the Canadian arm's outdoor power equipment division.

The E1 was, of course, very similar to this 1978 Sears Craftsman electric mower:

The GE mower-rather nice-but the video clip on the "chipper" mod-SCARY!!!!And the discharge pointing straight up like a mortar barrel is really something.Real disc or drum chippers have an "Anvil"stationary blade at the throat of the feed table just in front of the drum or disc. This gives a real shearing action and holds the wood still as its being chipped-esp with hand fed units-controls the feed. With power driven feeds-safer and more effective again aids in the shearing action. The wood cover will give NO shearing action-doesn't bite into the wood on the other side.Think I would rather use that mower as a mower than a chipper. In fact limbs that thin could be mowed over and the blade will chop them up-safer.Just point the discharge into the bag or compost pile.
