The Spotscrubber feature was unique Jason and I restored a WOW model like the one pictured at the top of the scanned literature. I still see these fairly often on the scrap pile if people want them let me know and I will save the next ones I see.

YES...keep us in mind if you come across these models, or also the minibaskets, filters, and fabric softener dispenser....their getting hard to find...

CONFIRMED!
Went and picked up the set and the washerr is indeed an 8500 series SPOTSCRUBBER. There was unfortunately no mini-basket present, just the FF hat. Both the washer and the dryer were in decent shape, a little dab of touchup here and there and they'll be grand. Both the washer and dryer were purchased new by the couple's parents that I got them from and even had the owner's manuals. There WAS a basket, but the woman siad they hardly ever used it and was unable to locate it. I'm in the process of moving and I've got them hooked up a friend's house for a couple of weeks until they're washer and dryer show up. They seem to work well and both are super quiet.
