Save for the MW not working. IIRC I saw several of this type of stove at the Beltsville museum. You can really see the build quality in this unit.
Interestingly enough several adaptations of this technology are now common in commercial applications, Think TurboChef ovens.

yeah,  I don't know why some people try and specify what an item they're selling is to be used for. 

 

How many times have I seen a refrigerator advertised and it says "great garage frig" ?  

Like if you specify you're going to use in your house, they won't sell it to you.   "no,no.  Sorry, this is only for use in a garage. sorry I couldn't help you." hangs up phone.

Nice GE Time-Maker Range

Later 70s through early 80s.

These were pretty easy to fix in this generation. GE went to the conventional 2450 mega Hz magnetron with this generation of speed ranges.

Most common problem we saw on these was a out of adjustment door switch and a blown fuse, these were fun ranges and there is nothing built like it today.

GE built in micro oven

I visited Los Angeles in 1965 or 1967 with friends from Berkeley. Their house in Baldwin Park had a built in stainless steel GE oven with microwave. It looked like a single regular electric oven. The father worked at an appliance store, I believe. My friend said look at this and put a potato in, and it was cooked in about 5 minutes. I think it may have been a model not yet for sale, as I have not seen anything like it. It may have been the same as the oven in this range.
