Wow - talk about a windfall
Great luck to move into a new-to-you house and find this gold mine left behind by the previous owners!!! Doesn't know if it works but wants to charge you $300 if you'd like to find out for yourself.

In the second picture it looks like the gasket for the power shower is flaked or damaged. That would lead me to believe the hoses may also be dried out, but that's just my opinion.
