That is a 1933 "Type CA, Form A" Monitor Top. It is likely a CA-2 size unit. Looks to be the original cabinet and cooling unit which likely were sold together (many have been mixed and matched over the years.) This is GE's experimental methyl formate unit, used only for two years and very special in how it operates. These are extremely rare in working condition and worth saving.
