If it has to interact thru your phone or voice-I don't want it.Just give me a mixer that uses standard controls!Could someone else "hack" your mixer?Remember seeing these are VERY expensive.For its price you could get a REAL Hobart with its sturdy,simpleindiction motor with speeds shifted in the transmission.

I'll take my 40 year old Kitchen Aid K5A any day. What do you need apps to run an appliance? Other than being notified when they are finished. Our washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave beep loud enough that no matter where in the house you are you hear them. You physically have to do something to each before you turn them on.

It’s positively unnecessary and ridiculous to make any mixer or other counter top appliance with the ability to control it from your GD phone! For cryin’ out loud its not like you’d be makin’ a cake or bread dough from your car while you’re on the road! You would need to be in the KITCHEN while using you freakin’ mixer, so what’s the point of an “app” for the mixer??

Way too much dependance on making everything in our day to day lives dependent upon “apps”!
