It's agimatatur, no aggitator, abguctative, abj... addgitat.... [sigh]

Ahh --that mutibladed straight blade GE agitator-one of my Moms washers had that-Filter Flo-you opened the lid while that thing was splashin around-you got SOAKED!!!Even when it was wearing its lint filter dish!Now wish I could have that machine.

LOL That video is a hoot! My folks had the old GE v-12 from about 1963 or so. Had the swirled agitator that used to really plunge the clothes real fast and the mini basket, which never got used.

Dang... That transmission might just save me a whole lotta hair-pullin'....  Just not sure if it would be compatible with the 1960 version.
