Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

There was a time....I was as dedicated I'd get my "hands dirty" literally. But I wouldn't leave the mess on.

I was at the auto repair shop the other day and a young mechanic had grease all over his hands. I didn't say anything but I was like GET SOME GLOVES.

I used to wear rubber gloves when washing dishes, now I wear them for several things. This Covid has changed a few habits. I bought a box of Nitrile gloves.

Standard rubber gloves for washing hair, face, and handling laundry.

Nitrile gloves for washing dishes, brushing and flossing teeth, washing anything like windows, handling anything dirty, painting, and working in the garden.

There's no way I would tolerate that white gunk on my hands like this picture is showing.

I also have wet wipes in the car now. After going in a store I will always clean my hands. I didn't used to do that before Covid, though if it was bad enough I'd use their bathroom to wash my hands before leaving the store.

All that gunk ages our hands as well as exposing them to bacteria.

Nice GE set.

Keith - I'd say it's a matter of preference, rather than an expectation for others. Depending on the job I'll throw on a set of gloves, but often times what I think is going to be a small or quick job ends up getting long and dirty fast, well past the point of throwing on a pair. My suggestion? Let this one go. The guy is just trying to sell a washer and dryer.
