GE wall mount refrigerator, can it be saved?

Hey everyone, I'm not dead, just don't do a lot of vintage anymore. Anyway, came across a Ge wall mount fridge, freezer is perfect, fridge coils are cold on the first two sections, but not sub-zero, then nothing along the rest of the coils. There is no one here in Grand Rapids who will do the sealed system work, and Bob (Salem) told me that I should be very wary of having any sealed system work done, as only a few people really understand these units. Wondering what other's opinion is. Try to save it or take it to the graveyard?
