Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support AutomaticWasher.org:

Bill,

From what I understand, the workers there test them, patch the up so that they run, and then sell them. I guess brand new ones are quite expensive and a used washer is all most families can afford. This supplier says he scraps all the dryers as there is no market for them at all, but the Mexicans will take all the certain brand used washers he gets in.

Thanks for the note.

Well its good to hear that they still have a life ahead of them. People are to quick to replace everything even though the new stuff is nothing very special its seems to be such a waste to scrap everything.

Thanks again,

People are to quick to replace everything...

The result of masterful marketing and little common sense [on behalf of the consumer].

Hey, something has got to power our faux economy.

Don't Forget Easy Credit

Amazes one how many people will by a "cheap" washing machine, and put it on a Sears card carrying interest rates that organised crime would envy. For a $100 washer, based on minimum payments they probably end up paying close to $300.
