yes the washer is a SPEED QUEEN.....this version does not have the banging solenoids...instead it uses a reversing motor and usually has the porcelain tub not stainless...I had one like this...very nice machine...I wouldn't mind getting it myself, but thats too far and she won't ship...the only issue I didn't like about mine was the tub on this one has a brake...it holds the tub still during wash and the tub wants to move and you get a little squeek with each oscillation....just annoying....I used to spray WD-40 on the brake so it would slip and not make the noise...mine also had dual belts...to me that was odd but unique
