Hi Kelly. Great looking cookies. I used the have the regular Ge Spectra range just like your but WITHOUT the convenction. It was a great oven. I now have the Electrolux range and LOVE it. It has Convection, but I was afraid to use it for cookies. Do you have to use a lower temperature, and how much lower? I think my oven has a convection convert, but I would rather hear from an expert like you.
