Awesome 1970 Jet Cone Washer and Matching Flowing Heat Dryer FOr Sale.
We have a Frigidaire GM Division Washer (MODEL WS4) and Matching Electric Dryer..(MODEL DS1)
They are the real cool old fashioned JET CONE agitator that moves up and down vertically...and in Harvest Gold cabinets in Great shape for age they were in an separate laundry room on the living area floor so not rusted like many that were installed in DAMP basements or garages. Interior components are in great order as well virtually no rust looks like new.
Features Infinite water control, 7 Cycles, Circle of spray water fill, soap measure cup, bleach and dye disperser, and see through WINDOW lets you view the washer cycle and JET CONE in ACTION! Like new tub no rust spots! Classic 6 RING Jet Cone Agitator. No leaks or squeaks when running.
The Dryer is completely functional and the Washer mechanically is fine with the exception that the timer motor does not advance it through cycles...so You have to manually move the washer between cycles... I have been told there is a company who can rebuild or replace a timer motor very easily.
Units were lightly used...mom only washed clothing never blakets or beadspreads and mostly SOLAR dried clothes so dryer also had light use.
The units are on Cape Cod, Massachusetts and need to be picked up locally.
