Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

Yes, in my opinion that's too high. If I really wanted it I might go to $200.

It's a 32WP (32 with pump)

The differentiating details from the model 30 are:

- round wringer gear housing and redesigned handle
- lift tab on lid relocated to front
- top wringer bearing hangers are now rounded and enclose the tension posts.

I've attached some close-up photos of a wringer assembly for a 32 that I've just finished restoring/painting.

I had a model 90, given to me by the woman who bought it new in 1928, that came with a removable bar that ran across the wringer front, right along where the top and bottom wringer rollers met. It was to help you feed the clothes into the wringer. I thought it was so cool.

Did you get it, Stan?

I notice the posting is now deleted. Were you able to get it? Sorry I didn't see your question earlier. FYI - I transported my Model 30 on its side in the back seat of my sedan. You just have to make sure the oil port on the power unit is in the highest position. Mine didn't leak a drop.
