haier hlp21 problem

grabbed this little washer in non-working condition today-it's a little grubby,but looks very low use underneath.After turning on the washer,all 3 water level lights flash and there is no response to any of the buttons-i'll check the membrane switches in the keypad first,then look for bad solder joints and bad capacitors next Despite the brand/national origin of this washer,seems to be spoken highly of-so interested trying it out once fixed
