That's the wayt it was designed. Upper oven only. Sat on a cabinet. My aunt moved into a high-rise apartment in Houston in 1967 or 1968 and this was in her kitchen. Same color even.

It Occurs to Me....
....That designing a range with no lower oven to bend down to, at a time when miniskirts were all the rage, may not have been entirely a coincidence. ;-)
