I thougt I would put out some Quick Pics and a Video for Holiday visuals today !
Firstly ...
A Kenmore dryer 1960 something not sure of the year.
This was on my trip this summer with me and Mike ( Dishwashercrazy )
We Went to Ed's appliance store in Quad City not far from Todd's( Volvoguy )place.
Well look at this dryer practically brand new for 50 bucks could not take home.
That would have of been my Wish Christmas machine.
Nice to look at, maybe next year something will pop up.
Anyway Enjoy.
Happy Holiday To everyone !

Now this video is the last of my best friend Bill who past away...
Clothes washing.

My laundry room is a little messy but I'm working lol.
Vintage--Modern--Modern.
Hot washing at 152 degress from 160 set at my boiler when washing.
Steam is costing over the handle.
First I did some sheets in that water in the 62 Whirlpool.
Then rinsed and spun in the BOSCH at 1200 RPM's.

Second batch in the same water was sweaty things from the night before,
followed by my ASKO which washed all our T-shirts at 165 degress and spinning at 1400 RPM's Trio washing which now is the way I wash at this time.

Enjoy your holiday everyone.
I like the sound of old and new.
In this video.

Just look at that Whirlpool go, Darren

What a sweet machine, sounds like it has brand new belts. Mike looks great in this pretty Seasons Greeting card you've made for us.

Merry Christmas, Buddy and may Bill rest in peace.

Darren, I just realized that you reused the steamy water.

Does the 62 WP have a Suds-Miser? If not, how did you handle those gallons of 150+ degree water? Just curious. Thanks again for the morning treats.

Hey Mike happy holiday
No I filled the tub with a hose at the sink.
But my 64 Kenmore has a suds saver system.
Which I have not used yet .
Have a great day Mike.

Sorry to hear about your friend, Darren.

I love that Kenmore dryer though, very clean and new looking. Looks fresh out of the box! I just finished getting up to some Christmas washing in the Maytag and Kenmore portable.
