Yes. It is already time to say goodbye to 2007 when it just seems ike 2007 started 12 months ago. As of my typing this there is about 14 hours and 6 Minutes left of 2007. Lets' use this thread to discuss our memories of this year. For example, I came across this site when I took on an intrest in washing machines after we got our new one. Then around July, I became a member of the Discuss-O-Mat. What are your Favorite Memories of 2007 and what are you looking forward to in 2008?

Sorry I missed this thread, I just posted something to an earlier one for New Year's! I also joined the AWO site this year and it has inspired me to try doing some of my own repair work and expand my collection of vintage major appliances.
My favorite memories of 2007 would have to be living in Brazil for three months at the beginning of the year and finally finding the house of our dreams in the Eastern Townships region of the province.
I keep harping on about it, but what I am looking forward to in '08 is building a new vintage-look kitchen around a 1956 GE all-electric kitchen with wall-mounted refrigerator.
There can never be enough turquoise in my book! lol
