"I purchased this spice rack at an old thrift shop a few months back and ever since paranormal and unexplainable things have been occuring. The first strange thing that occured was the sound of an elderly woman humming in the kitchen as if to entertain herself while baking, banging of pots and pans have also been heard. Spices I had set on the spice rack have rearranged themselves over night as if the individual haunting this spice rack didn't like how I had them place. Whenever I'm in the kitchen I also feel like someone is watching me. I'm not sure of the history behind this spicerack but i'm pretty sure the person it belonged to sure loved spending time in the kitchen. Trying to sell it in hopes that the spirit haunting my kitchen will follow along with the spice rack once belonging to them in there physical life. Serious inquiries only please."

Thanks, I never left - they pretty much said late yesterday afternoon that the storm was going to hit Houma, La. We should be getting the rain bands here in the next hour or two, winds will be 30-40mph with gusts.

OK. David, just send those bands up here. We still need more rain. Besides, you kinda pretty much know where my house is anyway given it's not too far from the apartment you & your dad lived in, so give them specific directions lol.

could it have been miss betty crocker?? LOL!!!! that was kinda funny though. I actually have some friends who bought a house about a mile down the road and it is the site of some paranormal activity. about a week after they moved in strange things have been happening. one of the things were really odd like the smell of perfume. this perfume was not something that my friend would wear as she never wears perfume. she claimed it was sweet smelling. also her kids started having episodes where a lot of anger and tension would be involved. also there were cold and hot spots in the house that would send sone kind of feeling down the spine. however I did find out that the original owner of the house died in the house and she did wear perfume everyday even when doing housework. this information came from a relative of the orig owner. the relative has lived in the house for almost 60 yrs and sold it to my friends. I do feel like I am being watched sometimes and when I look back there is no one there. when I was living at my friends sometime early jusy I would sit at the computer at about 11pm and 12 am feeling chills go through me and I would look back as if some one were watching me but protecting me at the same time.

oooooohhhhhhhhhh

Haunted my a**! what a marketing tool. I think I may start selling small items out of my "haunted" house. Write a few lines about paranormal activity and WHAM! High sales price!

I wonder what it will go for?

I have a cannonball that landed in my ancestors tent at Gettysburg in 1863. He sent it home after the battle, a yankee 5 pounder. We use it as a doorstop. I wonder what it would bring since it tends to move around the house a lot on it's own.

Ya RIGHT!

If that piece of wood can get bids like that I need to look around. I think my Mom has one just like it, with the spices.

Look at all the hits!

A haunted spice rack..... That is almost as good as the grilled cheese sandwich with the image of Jesus on it. Anyone remember that one?? It brought something like $10,000.00!! Now it would be easy to make that. Just spread the butter on the bread in an image of Jesus before grilling. The haunted spice rack may be a little harder to make happen. <:

Holy &%$#, bidding is over $225! And now his cats hiss at it whenever they walk by.

I think I have a lot of $10 junk in the garage that is "haunted" - maybe I should start listing all of it.
