LJA9200, it's the TOL model to the LJA3200 that was the first machine my parents owned, bought in January 1962. LJA of that vintage is 1962 model-year.

Those buttons control the starting point of the cycles in the lock-stop timer: push a button, pull out timer knob, turn clockwise until it stops and push in to start. There were lots of ads for these machines in the shelter magazines of the time.
