Everyone seems to love this, and it is easy! BUT UNLESS YOU TELL THEM, THEY WILL NEVER KNOW!
1 box Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme cake mix
1 small box Jello Instant Vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup salad oil
10 oz 7 Up.." 1 1/4 cups"
Mix cake and pudding mixes together, add eggs one at a time, then beat in oil, last add 7 up, mix well..bake at 325 30 to 35 min in 3 9 inch pans that have been greased and floured.
Filling
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple well drained
1 1/4 stick margarine
3 beaten eggs
3 heaping TBSP flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
Cook over med heat, stirring till thick,
Stir in 3/4 bag of Angel Flake cocoanut.
Cool slightly, spread between and on top of layers, top with 5 or 6 candied cherries.
