Thats a B-line model, first of the 4-position height adjusters.

Ah yes, this one is a perennial favorite. Got mine in Minneapolis for $1. It's basically mint, save for the hardware store replacement plug.

I think the husband in that house had a plug fetish. I bought a toaster there too and noticed some other items, all of which had replacement plugs. Either that or the wife had a bad habit of pulling stuff out by the cord.
