A rare top-of-the-range Miele dishwasher is on sale on Gumtree. I think there was a lot of interest in this particular Miele series, I think it was the sensor electronic. Only a select few were sold in the UK compared to Germany.

yeah looks nice Darren,

shame about that price of £350, for a dishwasher that must be 30 years old. But then the dishwasher was only used once or twice and if any washing machine or dishwasher was going to last that long, it would be a Miele.

I'm just surpised that no-one has said "OH MY GOD A RARITY LIKE THIS IS BEING SOLD HERE?" I did not think anyone bought a sensor electronic here.

Yes that is a really smart looking machine but overpriced for its age even if she did pay £1000 for it a few decades ago lol. I notice the price has dropped to £299. Maybe £150 would do it lol

G560 and G562 here weren't common, but not rare

you're right, it's a early eighties machine.
I'm a bit shortsighted, can't read wheter it is a G560 or a G562. Same machine just a huge difference : the former uses 50 litres for [2X prewash, wash , rinse, rinse and drying], the latter uses just 28 litres for the same cycle

The G562 has also automatic softener reactivation, while the G560 had to run a separate reactivation cycle with a box full of salt screwed up to the salt lid in the bottom of the tub

I still have the matching freestanding washer W780 (october 1980), it almost close to the W782 in my previous link. Mine is 1100 rpm vs 1200 and hasn't the switch to 900 rpm on right.

350 pounds are 530 dollars. Ok, this DW has those fancy sensor keys .... but with 50-100 $ more one can buy an almost current model (previuos serie) from Miele USA e-outlet

IMHO the 575$ for G2020 is a bargain. Here in stores the non-tall tub G1022 is 650-750 euro

I wish i had a miele outlet here
