Thanks Larry for the warning.

 

For the past 5-6 weeks I’ve been getting anywhere from 1 to 5 emails a day either about bogus surveys or orders.  I’ve been careful not to click on anything in these emails.  I then block the address of the senders (they are NEVER from a legitimate email that would be linked to the “sender”), and then I delete the emails from the inbox and the trash.

 

What a bunch of bullshit that we have to contend with this wholesale misuse of the internet for the purpose of defrauding the unsuspecting recipients of these “shake down” emails.

 

There should be some governmental agency that these bogus and fraudulent emails can be reported to.  Ditto for these texts.

I've got the E-mail and I did click on the link which took me to one of those I win pop-ups you got a virus website and I closed my mobile browser. I've seen this type of format before and ignored their warnings. We are not safe in our digital world these days.
