Hello Everyone

I just joined the forum after lurking for a bit and wanted to say hello to everybody.

I'm from Portland, Oregon, and I am interested in vintage appliances at large, including vintage automatic washers.

I have a limited amount of space and a tight budget, so i would like to collect a few items that I could also use as my primary appliances too (our house is late 1940's vintage and I would like to restore it with items from the 40's, 50's, and maybe 60's). I especially love Frigidaire Jet Action Washers!!!

Maybe I can add more once I get the basement cleaned out and figure out how to get washer dryer hookups back down there again. Again, I have to be mindful of a budget.

Anyways, I ramble too much. Everyone take care, hope your Saturday is wonderful, and I will look forward to participating in the forums.

I have meant to for some time take pictures of everything and upload it to the collections area but haven't gotten around to it yet. I will try and work on that this week. Sometimes I just need a little prodding to get moving! When I updated my profile I realized all the things I could mention but just left it to the major appliances. It'll be a little surprise to show some of the other things I have collected as well.

It's off "This is a Recording" by Lily Tomlin...LOL. I have that on vinyl. (a hint of something else I collect)
