Hello from new guy

Hi everybody. I've already made a couple of posts, but I thought that I should go ahead and introduce myself. My name is Rick and I'm from southern Mississippi. I've always had an obsession with old machines and technology-cars, houses, tractors, appliances, phones, anything. Few years back, my dad and I were attempting to make a repair on the family Kenpool (click, click, click..you guys know the drill) and we both observed, "Gee, they really don't make these things like they used to." So I started noticing older appliances more from that point. My wife and I were looking for a W&D set for our new house and I was doing some research, and I stumbled on the site. Everyone seemed so awesome, I decided to join up. So here I am!

Thanks for the welcome everybody! I have no machines at the moment-we live in an apartment and are about to purchase our first home. I am already looking, found a couple pretty neat DDs, but passed on them in favor of BDs I hope to find. As soon as we move, I'll be in the market for sure. Looking at the great machines on the site here has really given me the bug! I love center dial maytags, but will be interested in anything BD I can find.
