I found this forum through the r/vintagekitchentoys subreddit. You can call me Yan. I'm 32, live on the east coast of the US, and recently purchased a 70s home with a couple of vintage appliances. I am a general enjoyer of vintage electronics, furniture, appliances, and more. Half of this stems from better build and aesthetic design of vintage wares, and the other half from a sustainability/repair-forward mindset. If it's broke... fix it!! I spend way too much time on Facebook Marketplace, and am excited to learn a lot on maintenance and repair of my inherited vintage appliances from you all!
