I am not a washer/dryer etc... Collector, far from it, I don't really care much for them. BUT! I have just bought (well, paid for, will collect tomorrow) a BENDIX 7414 Compact tumble dryer!

I would like to know any information you guys have on it. Production years, reliability, performance etc...

If this forum is anything as good as VacuumLand (I am a long-ish time member on there) it will be BRILLIANT.

Welcome to the club. I am afraid I don't know much about that dryer but am sure someone on here will. I am not a paid up member of vacuumland ( yet) but have read some of your posts and watched some of you youtube videos. Where in Scotland are you? I am in Edinburgh.

Ah, hi!

I can't watch the video just now, but it is the 7414 model, and I've got some pictures uploaded in another thread.

I'll never collect washers or driers or anything, but I do like taking care of the ones I have.

The Bendix is the main drier, as that is the only one we own, and the only one we will ever own.
