Hi, everyone. New user here. My name is Alex. I just bought a new house with a RS3-30W GM Frigidaire Super Stove/Range and was told by my inspector that it could be worth a nice penny. I've been researching it and can't find any information on it.

I found this site and figured you guys might be able to help me! I have the original manual with it and I've attached some pics to this post. :) Thanks in advance!!

Post a picture of the data plate showing the Model and Serial numbers. At the same time there are members here who are Frigidaire experts that will be able to say what year it is just from sight.

Id venture a guess that everything on it still works? Keep it and use it. Better than anything you'd buy new today.

Congratulations

on owning your very first home! Our son is 4 years older than you, and just getting ready to look. He has some student loans to finish paying for, but graduated in the top 5 in his class from LTU university. He has a very good job now also.
I wish the utmost of prosperity for young people starting out. It is much much more difficult than it was for my generation.
Stay positive and try to save an emergency fund, just in case for rainy days.
If you can live with that nice stove for a while, and save, I recommend it.
A six month of bills in the bank if at all possible.
It is also never to soon to contribute to your 401k and save for retirement.
Be smart. I saved up for things when I was young so I could pay cash, or pay off in 30 to 90 days with no or little interest charges.
It takes longer to get them, but in the long run, will afford you a lot more.
If you desire a family, once children come, it is more difficult to save.
