Help identify a transmission

My partner was cleaning out a workshop of his grand parents and found this transmission. His grandfather sold appliances but also serviced many different brands. Can anyone identify it? Think it would sell on E Bay or is it junk? The transmission turns freely in both directions and seems to function correctly.

Second pic...this is the only markings I found on the tranny. Still has cardboard on the pulley. The cardboard box it was in disintegrated when opening the box.

That belongs to a Westinghouse top load washer.
