Hi, I recently picked up this cool Spindrier and while I have the model number I am unable to figure out what year it is. Would love some info so I can find the correct manual.

And yes, it does work..but missing the agitator..so on the hunt for one of those if anyone knows where to find one.

Tubs seem to be aluminum...couldnt' find any pics with tubs like this.

I have included pixs...

Thanks for your help!

I'd guess +/- 1950.  I think a user or repair manual from 1945-ish or later would be applicable to your machine -- up until they eliminated the big levers and put a selector dial on the front.

If you use the link below, you'll be able to look up literature available for download on Easy Spindriers, including owner and repair manuals.  Select "Easy" from the "Search Publisher" drop-down list and it will populate everything that's available.

Here's a picture of an Easy Spindrier from 1948:

Thank you!

I bought the manual and downloaded it.

Anyone else seen this model with aluminum tubs?

Also...I am missing the agitator if anyone knows where I can find one.

The model I have seem to be pre-timer on the front...older I guess.

No big deal about the timer.

The timer didn't control anything.  It functioned the same as a plain old kitchen timer.

I've never seen an Easy from the same period as yours with anything but an entirely painted exterior, including tubs, the divider between them, top, base and legs.  I can't help but think yours was stripped of all its paint at some point, or it's an unusual model intended for use somewhere outside of the household laundry scene where matching the homemaker's other appliances wasn't necessary.

I was thinking the serial number 506SS-C ....maybe the C was for Commercial? And that's why it didn't have the porcelain?

I would like to find an agitator that will fit it...and maybe the lids.
