Help! Miele W4840 error code

hi all...

my W4840 shown a F63 error after a custom load...

what wrong with it!?

can I use my Miele again or I have to call Miele Canada monday?

well....

From what I've gather...a F63 code on a Miele washer means "water intake fault". I would check the water supply hoses and screens inside the hoses. If everything seems clear, I would think that you have a faulty intake water valve on the washer.

I would do as Aaron said plus check to make sure the valve is open too. But if the valve is OK and you have to move the washer to get to the back of it...this washer weighs a ton. To the tune of 287 pounds. No small feat to move and if your pedestals even worse.

both of my water intakes are good, look like the dispenser position motor got stuck while I did a Sanitize cycle yesterday...

just run the miele this morning, and look like its run correctly again...
