Help Needed: Bedspread

Thanks, Everyone!

Well, after looking over all the responses, I think the trusty Athena 2000 is the answer. I'll be scouting around for fabric, and once it's found, I have to go into full Suzy Homemaker mode and get the job done. Bedspreads are simple, just a matter of accurate cutting and clean, straight stitching.

When I get this done, I'll post photos of the result. But don't hold your breath - my "roundtoit" list is longer than...longer than...longer than...

Sandy, if you have a JC Penney's near you check out their catalog department. You can pick up their catalogs for free. You might also check online to see what you can find. I got a sale catalog in the mail the other day and I think there are a few bedspreads in there that may work for you. Resonable prices as well.

Sears or JC Penney back in the day. My childhood bedroom was done in this plaid, but the colors were olive green, aqua and dark blue. Bedspread and drapes. Ick...

What about trying:

Kohl's On-Line, I've seen similar Bedspreads like the one you've got in the Picture, but I'm not sure about the sizes, without going onto the Site.

Good Luck, I hope that you find one for your needs.

An alternate thought, what about seeing about some Estate Sales, or Garage/Yard Sales, or maybe even some Antique Shops, depending on how much you want to spend.
