HELP Required; Anyone using Alexa Echo with the Alexa app?

If anyone has an Amazon Echo with the Alexa app on their device could you please try something for me..

Go to the Skills section and search for the Geneva skill and let me know if it pops up or not.. and try searching for another skill called U+ Connect

These are the GE (General Electric) skills that connect GE Appliances to Alexa.. When I search for them on my Alexa app I get nothing.. I'm just wondering if they're only available in the US and not Canada.

I've emailed GE numerous times just to give me that simple answer, yes or no. They keep replying with a detail response asking for my stoves id.. my wifi connection and SSID info etc..

That is not the problem,, the stove is connected to my wifi and can be controlled remotely on my Ipad.. All I want to know is if their Geneva app is available to Canadians or not..

Thank you so much.. I figured it might be a not available in Canada thing.. but why is the question since they advertise that aspect.. I'm beyond frustrated that having asked this same simple question to their customer service they couldn't answer it.

Something that might help... change your country to USA, install the skills than change to Canada again.
