Help with age of this GE range...PLEASE!

Hi everyone,well ive been stove hunting again,I found a 40 inch GE, Model J 412V 3WH serial, A Vo37421 , it is a strange bird in that it has a clock,flourescent light,2 outlets, and is pushbutton control, but has no oven light??? Any info would be helpful as I dont know how the date code works.

I believe the "V" in the model number indicates 1961.
