Hey Steve, Beth Ann's dad has been ill for awhile, and she has been very busy with him, plus keeping her home and salon going.

I have to call her about the pink Frigidaire stove tonight.... She has one just like it in the basement kitchen.

Beth Ann's father passed away Sunday 8/10/08, in Beth's arms. I have not talked to Beth other than an email, because it is a very busy time when a parent passes away. It is much harder after a long illness, because the caregiver is so tired and worn out to begin with. Beth Ann and her husband Dean were planning to take Beth's father into their home because of his long illness, but he passed away before they could move him. I spoke with Dean this afternoon, and Beth was with her mom. Dean told me that Beth was taking it well, as this was expected, but the services would be very hard for her. Please keep Beth Ann in your thoughts and prayers. She always had a very special relationship with her dad.

I'm very sorry

I don't know Beth Ann personally, but I certainly can say my heart goes out to her. To lose a parent, at any age, is something none of us want to accept. Sadly, it is a part of the life cycle.

My hope for Beth Ann is her Dad lived a long and full life filled with alot of love and happiness.I know he is now at peace.

I wish Beth Ann and her family well.

My Heart goes out to you and your Families. I'm sorry to hear about your Father's Passing. It does seem like it is a little easier when it might be expected, but we all certainly know how much it really does hurt everyone.
