This just opened here yesterday, and runs through 2/2/14.  One of only two venues in the U.S. 

 

For me, it's a must-see, and if I go at the right time, it'll only cost me $5.

 

I think it's appropriate material for "Super" since it features items that can be found in and around the average household.

 

Don't let the mundane articles associated with the colored bars fool you.  The level of creativity with some of this stuff goes well beyond impressive.

Link didn't work well for me. XP Firefox. Wouldn't let me see anything on the tour.

Later... turns out my slow basic DSL connection means I had to wait longer for anything to happen. A LOT of disk drive churning in the meantime. I did get to see some of the examples, though. Cool. Probably the real exhibit would be less frustrating, but I was unable to figure out where and when it's on display in this area.

PS-I've always enjoyed the story of Velcro. I remember in the late 50's finding a big seed with hook type burrs on it. My friend and I looked at it a long time, and he said there was some sort of invention that used it. It wasn't until years later that I saw Velcro.

I'm running XP and Firefox here too, with lowest tier DSL.  It took a while for the first page to load.  After that, the choices I made on the color bar loaded in 15 seconds or less.  Once viewing a particular gallery, the pictures remained pixilated for a few seconds, and some pictures never became entirely clear.
