When I was flying our Asian routes a couple of years ago, when you check into your hotel it is always better to ask for a room with a "Western Toilet". If you get a mid eastern room, you'll get the hole in the floor with the sprayer. If you get the standard Asian room, you'll have to view Toggle's presentation.
