That is most definitely a HOH dryer, probably from the late 60s.

oooh that is the electric verison of the gas dryer I grew up with.

Definitely a HOH.

"Wash-N-Wear" cycle had a 10 minute (no heat) cool-down.
Regular Fabrics" had a 5 minute cool-down.
