1 small can of evaporated milk
1 small package of powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 stick butter (melted)
In a small mixing bowl pour melted butter and start on low.
Add 1/2 pkge of powdered sugar.
mix well and gradualy add the evaporated milk.
keep adding the milk until the mixture becomes creamy like batter.
Add the vanilla.
mix well for about two minutes.
If the mixture seams too runny, add more powdered sugar until it reaches a thicker consistancy.
Using a good rubber spatula, spread the icing evenly and let it harden before serving.
You may add 4 melted unsweetened choclate squares to make it chocalate instead of vanilla.
I also add along with the squares 2 tbsp of powdered ,unsweetened coco.
You can make this like a glaze by using less powdered sugar making it runny.
You can add the glaze while the cake is still warm.
That will make the glaze penatrate the cake and harden on the outside like a honey glazed donut.
either way this realy makes a mark in adding flavor to the cake.
