Hooray for prunes! Making prune muffins

Prunes have always been a hit with me, and since I had a couple of bags of them in the pantry, I thought we'd make some muffins.

They look delicious! Have never heard of prune muffins; will definitely bake a batch. And what’s this? Is that a second kitchen we caught a glimpse of? Love those copper measuring cups; haven’t seen those for years. My mom had a set when I was a tyke. Another great job, guys!

LOVED anything with prunes in it Me NOT so much..lol His favorite cake was prune cake, He never could figure out why I wouldn't touch it!!
