Hi every one, ive just plugged the old washer up, i checked the electrics, and it seem nice all cables are intact, but when i press the keycard in the washer it just hums/ buzzez, and when i release the card nothing more happens, it seems like the pump starts when i press the keycard/ and the humming /buzzing sound, ive had the cabinet on but sound Also like the pumpstarted,
Maybe program motor stuck after all years in basmend or some wrong with the keycard electrics?

I can quite easy pull the keycard in and out. Some lock problems maybe? But the washer whont do anything, it just hums abit electrical sound when i press the keycard in , tryed every cycel on the card, but no klickning sound from any advancing program. It wont lock the keyplate or advance cycel,

Some ideas what to do :) ? take of the cap of program and se If i can oil the program motor or If its som selenoid problems.

Im sorry for my bad english spelling :D

No need to say sorry

for your English, I'm hopeless at other languages.

With the machine I showed the photo of in your other thread, it did the same, the timer just hummed. what it was, the drive cable from the timer to the progress indicator had started to rust, making it stiff, it's a long tightly coiled spring rather than a wire, as soon as I disconnected it from the red tape progress indicator, the timer sprang into life. This would be a simple thing to check first.

let us know how you get on.

Just a thought

Hello. I noticed the voltage was unusual did you get that sorted ?
Also what program were you trying. It should click a little bit and the timeline
Move along a little bit but as Mathew says it maybe seized. If it moves to beginning of wash and hums it
Might be the inlet valves they hum when no water connected. They are likely
To be seized though. I would manually turn all wheels pulleys etc before trying. Try a spin program it should click along the timeline filling and turning and emptying as it goes. Remember it will
Only work with door shut unless you’ve by passed switch and the brake !!

They’re a complicated thing so look at each bit and make sure it looks clean and lubricated safe

Good luck
