Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

Bosch Logixx Washer Dryer WFT2800

Bosch Logixx 1400 Washer Dryer WFT2800. (Not to be confused with the Hoover LOGIC)!

Any info on this machine would be helpfull, as it's not working properly (stops mid fill at the start of the Wash phase & at least once during the Rinses phase.

Possible water level sensor or PCB's (apparently this sort of machine has 02 PCB's).

More To Come!

To all, following this thread,

There is more to come, I've made developments, almost ready to present to you all, but for now, if you could all, make like radios, & stay tuned, I'll be back...

...Tomorrow

Servis Mk600

Having recently acquired a Servis Quartz Mk600,I have created 02 sets of Mk600 AutoWasher & matching Dryer sets.

Yes, I know they've not got black fascias, but if I made them black, it would either screw up the pic, or create faff to change all the text, icons, lines etc, to a different colour to make the fascias black & ensure authenticity to match exactly to the original real life versions.

Even Luke's (Ariston4Life's) Quartz design only had a dove grey fascia, not black, but for us "invested" designers, we can't afford faff & just get on with the main aspects.

Enjoy.

I'm also creating a Washer Dryer version to complete the set.

01st, the originals.

great 2 see the New Wave/Classica brochure, I remember an old school friend whose mum had 1 of those and seeing it working a few times, but it was a bit unreliable lol.

I'm just wondering for how long were the Ecologic's sold alongside the New Wave/Classica models? I'm assuming that some Ecologic's were shop exclusives as some 90's Curry's adverts had some in the background. Let me know if that was the case. :)

Production Periods

Miele4Life,

I think, that the following model ranges were made between the following years, (But don't hold me to that)!

Logic >>> 1987 - 1990.
EcoLogic >>> 1990 - 1996.
NewWave, SoftWave & Classica >>> 1996 - 2000.

The Comet exclusive Logics had the "E" after the spin RPM, they also had 1000RPM models, as well as the standard 1100 & 1300 models.

Currys also, had a specialized exclusives range, which were referred to as "Premier". I myself have a Hoover Logic Premier 1250RPM Washer Dryer A8576, which MatchBoxPaul told me was produced in, or, "rolled off the production line" in October 1990 (making it heading on for 23 yrs old, currently sat next to my Servis Sapphire 1300 Washer Dryer 9635, made in 1989, which I bought for £10, + £50 courier service, in October 2011.

I've included a pic of my Logic Premier below, for you.

great pics of ur machines, I do have a soft spot 4 older Hoover's, the current 1's are not as good lol.

U're close with time periods 4 the ranges but my interpretation would go like this

Logic- 1987-1991
EcoLogic-1991-1993/4 (possible exclusives)
New Wave/Classica- 1993-1994/5
New Wave/Soft Wave- 1994-1996 (possible exclusives with Classica design)
New Wave Plus 5/ Eco Wave/Soft Wave- 1996-1998

The date of manufacture is hidden in the serial number, which starts with the model number and after is the last digit of the year, then 2 digits being the month and the rest being the sequence number.

Sometimes, I do crave 4 a Servis Quartz as I grew up with 1 as an Electra Microelectronic, so I know
what they do when they're washing lol. It seems that the later Merloni made models are forgotten about as I have a 1994 brochure with them in it.

So that's the story from me. :)

Dingles Hoover EcoLogic Washer Dryer

Optima,

Yes, I noticed that last night too, but recognized it as the EcoLogic 1300 Washer Dryer A8582, because there are only 04 LED lights on the fascia, which's the number I saw on their machine.
