interesting unit although I think the price is perhaps a little bit on the steep side--considering the damage at the hose and the exterior. If it'd be nearby, it should have woke up my interest as THIS IS the exact washer my mom had in the late sixties. However, the asking price is partly justified by the fact that those were the very first Hoover twinnies in America (model 0500) and are becoming more and more difficult to find in any condition. Now it probably is one of the most sought after products ever made by the Hoover company.

For $225 the seller could have cleaned the machine up.Used to see these in some college dorms-where the room had a bathroom and kichenette.And the school didn't allow them-so the owner disguised the machine as a table or desk when it wasn't in use.You would think these would be lurking around in areas where there are college students,condos,trailers, and apartments.
