Well done James, you stuck with and made it work, not for the fainthearted pulling out those heavy vitreous enamel tubs, what was the condition of the outer tub? looks squeeky clean now, great to see the shiny heater..

Steve, did you cut the pipe or has it a metal tube on the bendy part?

Hose

Hi Mike

The hose came with 2 bits with a bend - one longer, one shorter and the plastic elbow. The drawing on the back shows the combinations of options although I'm sure you couldn't get the bends as tight or as neat as they illustrate

can't beat the satisfaction at the end of a project like this. Enjoy your washes, and a lovely clean sink, you certainly do look very happy with your new hotpoint.
I spy the old hotpoint washerdryer out in the yard ready for disposal.

It looks amazing James, I’ve just bought a 15792 and it’s great but the thermostat is broken so I need to try and work out what parts. Need to replace.
