Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

I believe the "Customline" appliances were introduced in 1957, and I'm not sure for how many years they were offered. The handle on this refrigerator matches the handle on the TOL free-standing models for 1957. Very nice refrigerator!

Very, very cool find Cory! Gotta love that pink, and I do! That's a built in refrigerator, are you going to build a cabinet for it?

I'm going to move this thread to the Super forum where Refrigerator threads should go.

Cory that is COOL!

That brushed stainless in the front, and that freezer door! Absolutely wonderful.

Please tell us, are you planning to use this as a main fridge, or build it into the wall in your rec room?

Great find, congrats.

Customline expert to the rescue!

This unit is definitely a 1957 model. It also has it's own matching built in freezer. Customline was introduced in 1956 and ended in 1960. I have a '56 Hotpoint frig in pink but it's not Customline series although it's identical. I have lots of Customline pamphlets and manuals if you need any more info. I also have the owners manual for your frig if you want me to photocopy it.

The more the merrier....

Would you believe I'm dragging something else home Friday?? : )
-Ben I'll tell you about it after work, LOL

As for this one, I plan on tidying it up a bit and squirreling it away for a rainy day. Not sure really where it'll end up in the new place...a pink Rec. Room maybe? Oh boy.
