The sun is shining brightly and it’s nice and warm, so back to the work shop for some real work, I’ve taken advantage of the un-seasonally warmouth.

First thing fixed is the garage door which the springs broke on during the winter and it smacked me on the head. Then it striping off the cabinet ready to take to the paint shop.

Copied the diagrams and placed them on the bench so I can place all the screws and captive nuts on.

Remove all the captive nuts, will have to be careful putting them back on, as they can dig into the paint.

Then I lay her down on her back supported by some polystyrene sheet on the back of a board so I can slide the whole tub assemble out of the way.

Self levelling wheel assembly removed, this was the hardest part to disassemble.

Board pushed under work bench all vital organs wrapped in cling film and packed out with polystyrene blocks.

Hopefully on Wednesday I can take all the parts the powder coaters and get it done to a factory finish.
