Aqualtis

I have just ordered an Aqualtis and will post some pics of it on here.

Now the holidays are over, does anyone have anymore details or pics of Hotpoint machines? Particularly the Liberator range.

Aqualtis

My mum was going to get the full monty version the 1600 till she realised what a mess our Hotpoint is at drain distribution timing she is leaving me to select the next washer in the next few years.

Hi Chris

I'm getting that exact model. I preferred it to the higher class models because it had the wash intensity button, it was cheaper (I already have a Miele) and I think very fast spins can damage both clothes and the machine.

I will let you know how I get on and if my pump is very noisy too.

Hi Hotpoint WF220 I will let you know about the distribution too.

Rob

OK Rob, look forward to hearing from you....

the pump really is the only thing that lets it down

I went for the 1200 spin model because the price of the 1400 & 1600 spin models begins to enter low end Miele models

Just a quick report

Well the Aqualtis arrived safe and sound. Got it from a local company on Kelkoo for £281 + free delivery which isn't bad.

I will do a full review on the deluxe site. One thing was my pump wasn't too bad on sound. Chris if yours is very noisy you may want to get this checked out. Mine was no noisier than the Miele. The distribution is better than my other Hottie but still faffs a little bit.

I have done a few loads and am quite impressed, it is sooo quiet! It's early days but so far I would recommend it, depending on what you want.

lol, i only just found this thread

Darren, my nan and grandad had the Mircotronic 1000 DeLuxe
(model 9551) practically the same as the one you pictured above.

Sorry to here the bad luck with the ebayer, hopefully you'll find one soon, i'd like to see vid of one in action again lol
